1.0RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
1.1 Manage and maintain the company's IT insfrastructure, including servers, network connectivity (LAN/WAN/VPN) and site-based connectivity solutions, to ensure high availability across office and construction sites
1.2 Lead the deployment and support of construction-specific systems, project management software, document controls and integrate them with corporate systems where appropriate (i.e., ERP, MES)
1.3 Oversee and manage day-to-day IT helpdesk operations with the team, providing prompt technical support and conducting relevant training for employees
1.4 Develop, implement and enforce IT policies, procedures and security controls (firewalls, endpoint protection, user access) to safeguard sensitive data
1.5 Oversee regular maintenance, data backup, disaster recovery planning and business continuity exercises to minimize downtime during system failures or cybersecurity incidents
1.6 Any other IT duties assigned by the Head (IT).
2.0MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Recognized diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
