IT Engineer

Job Duties:

• Oversee and handle all IT-related issues and concerns, include end-user support.
• Administering and overseeing IT network infrastructure Firewall (Fortigate), Network Switches, Wireless AP, VPN, etc.
• Administering work for onboarding and offboarding staff (Account creation, Access Rights setting etc)
• Able to plan, setup simple remote office infrastructure.
• Provide support for video conferencing (Microsoft Teams, Zoom), and meeting equipment, projector, speaker phone, etc.
• Manage, support, train users for Microsoft 365 services, such as Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
• Supervise vendors and IT contracts to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Manage and maintain an inventory register for IT assets.
• Maintain and update system documentation.
• Perform IT sourcing and procurement as and when require.
• Any other Technical related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of related working experience
• ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN Protocols, LAN/WAN Administration, desktop operating system, and various software application
• Programming skills
• Good in analytical skill, problem solving skill, good communication skill, and has a good sense of responsibility and time management
