IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Job duties:
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation
- Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
- Verify and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents
Pricing, Sourcing & Partner Communication
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
- Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
- Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
- Development and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
Compliance & Problem Resolution
- Keep updated on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
- Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/export laws and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or customs holds.
Requirements:
- Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
- Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with overseas partners.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm
