Packaging Supervisor
Salary: $3k to $3.5k
Job duties:
- Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of the stock inventory.
- Identify and isolate any product quantity discrepancies against QC's Certificate of Conformance (COC).
- Report issues to the QA team and document them accordingly.
- Update NAV system and Finished Goods inventory records (Excel format) after the packer completed the counting process.
- Ensure all packaging process comply with company SOPs and quality standard.
- Assigned and allocate jobs to the respective packers to perform the packaging process based on packing procedure.
- Prepare purchase requisition for consumable stock replenishment.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in inventory management or packaging supervision.
- Proficient in ERP/WMS systems.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Excel and NAV system (or similar inventory software).
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented in managing inventory and packaging processes.
- Able to work independently and lead a team of packers to ensure packaging procedures are followed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ad-hoc tasks.
Working hours:
Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Sat, 8.30am to 12.30pm
