  • Sales Enablement: Provide dedicated operational support to the sales team to facilitate client acquisition and retention.

  • Client Inquiry Management: Serve as the first point of contact for client requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of all service-related matters.

  • Onboarding Coordination: Manage the end-to-end documentation process for new client accounts, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and distribute regular investment reports, fund updates, and marketing materials to the client base.

  • Database Integrity: Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure all client interactions and data are accurately captured.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with investment, legal, and operations teams to streamline the client experience.

Skills and Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience within asset management or financial services, specifically in a client-facing or sales support capacity.

  • Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of investment vehicles and the regulatory environment governing the industry.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.

  • Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy in managing documentation and handling sensitive financial data.
