Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling all incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensuring prompt and professional responses
Organising and maintaining the CEO's files, records, and documentation in a well-organised manner
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents as required
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the CEO's priorities and initiatives
Performing other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the CEO to support the overall business operations
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Excellent typing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to be able to communicate with directors, co workers etc.
