As a core member of the distribution support team, you will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and institutional clients. Your mission is to ensure seamless service delivery and provide comprehensive administrative backing to the sales force.
Sales Enablement: Provide dedicated operational support to the sales team to facilitate client acquisition and retention.
Client Inquiry Management: Serve as the first point of contact for client requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of all service-related matters.
Onboarding Coordination: Manage the end-to-end documentation process for new client accounts, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and distribute regular investment reports, fund updates, and marketing materials to the client base.

Industry Expertise: Proven experience within asset management or financial services, specifically in a client-facing or sales support capacity.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy in managing documentation and handling sensitive financial data.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM software (such as Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
