Broadrick Capital is a MAS-licensed private equity fund backed by EtonHouse International Holdings, a Singapore-based education group operating over 100 pre-schools and K-12 schools across Asia.
The Senior Investment Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Broadrick Capital's strategic growth in the education sector, including M&A and EtonHouse's regional expansion. The analyst will work closely with the CEO and be primarily responsible for conducting market analysis, building valuation models, and driving the fund's operations.
Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis to assess investment opportunities
- Support the due diligence and investment process for potential investments, including gathering and analysing data, reviewing company and legal documents, and coordinating with third-party advisors
- Develop and maintain investment documentation, including investment memoranda, due diligence reports, and portfolio analysis
- Preparation of marketing materials for investment purposes
- Adopt a proactive approach in managing the day-to-day operations of the fund, which includes compliance and coordinating with external support vendors
- Assist the business development team on projects, as and when required
Qualifications and requirements
- Good financial acumen with attention to detail
- Ideally 3-5 years of working experience. Ideally with M&A, private market experience
- Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask on multiple projects in a small team
- Willingness to learn and be proactive at work
- Able to travel for business
- Fluency in an SEA language (including Arabic) is a bonus
- Experience in M&A transactions
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) only
