Broadrick Capital is a MAS licensed private equity fund, backed by EtonHouse International Holdings, a Singapore based education group running over 100 pre-schools and K-12 schools in Asia. The Senior Investment Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Broadrick Capital's strategic growth in the education sector, which comprises of M&A and EtonHouse's expansion efforts regionally. The analyst will be working closely with the CEO, and primarily responsible for conducting market analysis, building valuation models, and driving the operations of the fund.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis to assess investment opportunities
- Support the due diligence and investment process, including gathering and analysing financial data, reviewing company and legal documents, and coordinating with third-party advisors
- Prepare and maintain investment documentation, including investment memoranda, due diligence reports, and portfolio analysis
- Assist in the preparation of marketing and investment materials for fundraising and investment purposes
- Support the day-to-day operations of the fund, including compliance matters and coordination with external service providers
- Assist the business development team on strategic initiatives and projects when required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 4-5 years of relevant working experience, ideally in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, accounting firms, or M&A advisory roles, or private market investments
- Strong financial acumen with high attention to detail
- Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a lean team environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel for business when required
- Experience in M&A transactions will be advantageous
- Fluency in an Asian language (including Arabic) is a bonus
