Basic up to $4,000 and OT (weekend)
Monday - Friday, 7:45am to 5:30pm
Job scope:
Inventory Management & Accuracy
- Maintain precise inventory records within the Sage system
- Conduct regular reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly) between physical stock and system data
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and variances
- Monitor aging inventory, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, and report insights
Stock Monitoring & Planning Support
- Track inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply for operations and customer demand
- Assist in MRP activities, including reviewing safety stock, EOQ, and replenishment planning
- Monitor material movements and ensure accurate, timely system updates
Receiving & Issuance Control
- Implement and enforce FIFO practices where applicable
Cycle Counting & Auditing
- Plan and execute cycle counts and annual stock takes
- Prepare variance reports and recommend corrective actions
- Support internal and external audits with accurate inventory data
Additional Responsibilities
- Generate inventory and stock movement reports
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling in compliance with SOPs
- Assist with receiving, issuing, and returns processes
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory documentation
- Replenish finished goods when below minimum levels and track delivery timelines
