Responsibilities:
- Based at NTUC outlets (Northpoint / CentrePoint / Coronation Plaza / Parkway Parade)
- Manage merchandising, housekeeping, and daily operations for assigned department/category
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets
- Ensure food safety, hygiene standards, FIFO practices, and proper inventory control
- Perform stock takes, manage shrinkage/damage, and handle high-value items
- Must have butchery experience and support other ad-hoc duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- N Level or equivalent with 2-3 years of retail experience
- Customer-focused, positive, and polite
- Able to work accurately and efficiently
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- 6-day work week, 8 hours per day
