Responsibilities & Duties:
- Take full responsibility for the company's logistics operations and ensure all logistics processes run smoothly.
- Organize and oversee warehouse inventory counts, ensuring consistency among inventory records, stock cards, and physical goods.
- Prepare and control safety stock levels for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations in accordance with the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle.
- Store, inventory, and handle materials as required, and record/report any abnormalities.
- Oversee logistics and transportation, maintain proper shipment procedures, reduce shipping errors, and minimize customer complaints.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual warehouse receiving reports and inventory analysis reports.
- Ensure 5S management in the warehouse, including fixed locations and standardized storage.
- Provide guidance and training to logistics team members, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Oversee safety management within the logistics team, ensuring warehouse safety and safe loading/unloading operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and FIFO management.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, shipping procedures, and basic transportation coordination.
- Able to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic office software.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to handle abnormalities independently.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices related to warehousing and loading operations.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and suppliers, and to use systems and read work instructions available in Chinese.
