We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our wholesale trading business dealing with a wide range of goods without a dominant product category. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily business activities, supplier coordination, and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of wholesale trading activities
- Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
- Manage inventory planning, stock control, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Supervise and lead a team to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and company policies
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial performance reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in wholesale trade or distribution
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good understanding of import/export processes and logistics
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Vietnamese (as we need handle Vietnamese customer)
