DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business & Performance Management
- Monitor and control sales, gross profit, expenses, and inventory against budget and previous year
- Including variance analysis and reporting to YMC headquarters.
Key Initiative Promotion
- Drive key inventory reduction initiatives and manage progress and schedules (e.g. Direct shipment projects, Distributor NRP, Cross-dock operations).
- Lead the transfer of periodic price revision activities and YMC parts FOB adjustment tasks to CP
division.
- Facilitate regular meetings with Sales, Service expatriates, and key distributors to promote 3S
collaboration and enhance customer engagement.
Operational Improvement
- Support the introduction of new Yamalube products and Marine accessories by preparing
applications and understanding approval processes.
- Analyze and improve non-captive parts cover ratio through planning and execution of
enhancement measures.
- Propose improvements to YDS warehouse operations and actively participate in GSCM meetings,
including presentations and discussions with regional stakeholders.
- Promote AI-driven transformation of manual operations and propose new operational
improvement ideas.
- Support smooth shipment execution in line with the monthly shipping schedule.
