Client Accountant

Our client is a boutique Corporate Services provider that helps technology / high growth startups with their finance / accounting, compliance, payroll and finance strategy.

A small, but high quality team they are now looking for an Accountant as business grows. The right person has to be able to juggle multiple tasks, have a no job too smal mentality, and be passionate about tech and working with a variety of stakeholders.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Senior Accounting Associate to support outsourced accounting functionsa cross a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in full-set accounting, regulatory reporting, and client-facing financial operations.

Responsibilities

. Manage full-set accounting (AP,AR, GL), including preparation of management and consolidation accounts

. Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting on client performance

. Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g., MAS filings, DOS surveys)

. Handle GST administration, including preparation and filing of GST F5 and F7 returns

. Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and statutory financial statements liaise with auditors

. Perform XBRL conversion in accordance with ACRA requirements

. Administer payroll in compliance with MOM, CPF, and IRAS regulations

. Prepare tax-related filings(IR21, IR8A)

. Manage cash flow, including weekly and ad-hoc payment processing

. Issue invoices and follow up on receivables to ensure timely collections

. Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or related discipline

. 4-7 years of experience in outsourced accounting, audit, or professional services firms

. Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements (ACRA, IRAS, GST, CPF, MOM)

. Experience handling multiple client portfolios across industries

. Strong attention to detail andability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

. Exposure to investment holdings, asset management, education, or F&B sectors

. Experience supporting regional or investment management entities

. Familiarity with systems such as SAP ECC, Sun System, Bright ERP, and Xero

. Experience with payroll systemssuch as Sage EasyPay and TimeSoft
