Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture and supporting business growth through effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
- Design and implement performance management and appraisal systems
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for management review
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational development and culture initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 510 years of HR experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
