Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive HR initiatives and support strategic business growth in a fast-paced tech environment. This role focuses on talent management, recruitment, and HR projects while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
  • Lead and mentor the HR and administrative team, ensuring efficient daily operations and professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, processes, and systems that align with business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies, employment legislation, performance management, workforce planning, and rewards strategies.
  • Drive and contribute to HR projects, company initiatives, and special committees as assigned.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with current and future talent needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Champion Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards related to labor practices and ethical compliance.
  • Support plant and office security oversight.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local laws and regulations while reflecting industry best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent management.
  • Provide reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • IHRP CP / SP certification preferred.
  • 58 years of HR experience in Singapore, ideally within tech or project-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) labor and ethics standards.
  • Familiarity with Customs Bulk Permit processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with regional offices and employees.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
