We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive HR initiatives and support strategic business growth in a fast-paced tech environment. This role focuses on talent management, recruitment, and HR projects while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Lead and mentor the HR and administrative team, ensuring efficient daily operations and professional development.
- Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, processes, and systems that align with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies, employment legislation, performance management, workforce planning, and rewards strategies.
- Drive and contribute to HR projects, company initiatives, and special committees as assigned.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with current and future talent needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes to foster a high-performance culture.
- Champion Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards related to labor practices and ethical compliance.
- Support plant and office security oversight.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local laws and regulations while reflecting industry best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent management.
- Provide reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
- Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- IHRP CP / SP certification preferred.
- 58 years of HR experience in Singapore, ideally within tech or project-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) labor and ethics standards.
- Familiarity with Customs Bulk Permit processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with regional offices and employees.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
