Ready to lead HR in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee manpower planning, recruitment, payroll compliance, and employee engagement across our expanding operations. Manage a workforce of over 300 employees at all levels, from operators and technicians to department heads and senior management.

What You'll Do

. Lead workforce planning & foreign worker management

. Drive end-to-end recruitment for site & HQ roles

. Oversee payroll, compliance & HR audits

. Manage performance reviews, benefits & staff engagement

. Strengthen HR policies & support business growth

. Develop succession planning

What You Bring

. Degree in HR / Business or other related discipline

. More than 10 years HR experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industry

. Strong knowledge of SG employment laws & MOM regulations

. Practical experience with foreign workforce & payroll systems

. Excellent communication, integrity & problem-solving skills
