Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture and supporting business growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
  • Design and implement performance management and appraisal systems
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports for management review
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational development and culture initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 510 years of HR experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
