This role requires a versatile individual with a strong foundation in recruitment and payroll administration to manage end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Identify, attract, and select qualified candidates to fill open positions.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent and foster a positive work environment.
- Coordination with recruitment agencies.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Accurately process monthly payroll
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including leave management.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee personnel files and records.
- Update and implement company policies and procedures.
- Conduct disciplinary actions and provide counseling and support to employees.
Payroll Compliance:
- Statutory Obligations
- Tax Compliance
- Coordination with payroll outsourcing partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Malay language is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws, regulations, and payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software systems (e.g., Whyze).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
