  • Adhere to company Quality and SHE management system policies and procedures.
  • Assist with hazard identification and risk assessment exercises within their areas of responsibility.
  • Monitor day-to-day health and safety in the area of responsibility and ensure all hazards, near misses and accidents are reported.
  • To team with HR colleagues and key stakeholders and leaders to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the business in full compliance with the existing labor laws.
  • Assist the Senior Management and HR colleagues in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives to add value to both our business and employees.
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across centers, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders and deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.
  • Influence management and leadership around the people agenda and issues.
  • Support recruitment operations from time to time.
  • Oversee mobilization and onboarding in line with the organization policies and multiple country requirements.
  • Performance system management and provide recommending promotions/disciplinary actions, conflict management / employee counselling.
  • Timely review of grading system and recommendation of changes
  • Organization structure - regular updating and monitor HRIS system and HR records management.
  • New hires induction, train and motivate a team of assistants.
  • Provide supports to employee and update self on changing employment regulations.
  • Regular liaison with the respective team HR best practices.
  • Supporting payroll operations and implementing /addressing queries related to payroll.
  • Recommending / coordinating training in line with line operation requirements

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations / Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of MOM labor laws and HR best practices, payroll compilation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and influence leaders and stakeholders and ability to collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align human resources strategies to achieve organization goals.
  • Prior experience in data analytic skills to measure organization impact will be an advantage.
