HR Executive
- Office Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Thu 8.30am - 6.00pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary: basic up to $3500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR systems and policies in compliance with statutory requirements, including HR software management.
- Oversee recruitment processes, work pass applications, onboarding, and exit procedures to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory submissions accurately and on time.
- Provide employee support through counselling, grievance handling, and guidance to line managers on HR practices and legislation.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Drive training, development, and performance management initiatives, including benefits review and implementation of elearning systems.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including those required to meet statutory obligations.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR working experience
- Possess strong knowledge of local employment legislation (MOM)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
