Human Resources Executive
- Location: Kampong Ubi, Central Region
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
- Working Hours: 5 Days | 9am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Operations
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, contracts, confirmations, renewals, and resignations
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, exit interviews, and clearance
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM guidelines, and company policies
2. Payroll & Statutory Matters
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Handle CPF submissions, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Prepare and submit IR8A / IR21 / annual tax filing
- Liaise with external payroll vendors, accountants, and auditors when required
3. Government Grants & Claims
- Assist in government grant applications, claims, and reporting (e.g. PSG, JGI, SkillsFuture, wage support schemes, etc.)
- Track grant milestones, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for grant-related matters
4. Recruitment & Talent Support
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Assist hiring managers with recruitment logistics and candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate training programmes, SkillsFuture courses, and internal learning initiatives
- Manage training records, attendance, and post-training documentation
- Support employee development and skills upgrading initiatives
6. Employee Engagement & Company Events
- Assist in planning and executing company gatherings, team bonding activities, townhalls, and celebrations
- Support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture
- Coordinate internal communications related to HR and people matters
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience (experience in SME environment is a plus)
- Familiar with Singapore payroll, CPF, IR8A, MOM regulations
- Experience in government grant applications will be an advantage
