Recruitment Executive

.Job Summary.

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while working closely with clients or internal hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.

.Key Responsibilities.

.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

. Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding

. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals

. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability

. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients

. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates in a timely manner

. Prepare job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms

.Client & Stakeholder Management.

. Understand hiring requirements and job specifications

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders

. Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability

. Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients

.Requirements.

. Local Polytechnic Diploma, A level graduate or Degree holders are all welcome

. 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience (agency or in-house)

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously

. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
