Main Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of hiring for all levels, from site workers to technical engineers and project staff.
Manpower Planning: Collaborate with department heads and external agencies to forecast and fill personnel needs.
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the administration of all work passes (EP, S Pass, WP) and ensure adherence to MOM and BCA (A1 grading) standards.
Operations & Benefits: Manage complex logistics including worker dormitories, expatriate housing, and corporate insurance (WICA).
Strategy & Reporting: Drive employee engagement initiatives, assist with payroll/statutory submissions, and participate in annual salary and performance reviews.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent.
4+ years of HR experience, with a heavy emphasis on recruitment (Construction industry experience is a major plus).
