Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.
  • Handle end to end recruitment process which includes but not limited to job posting, resume screening, arrange interview and conduct interview with shortlisted candidates, extend offer and prepare LOA.
  • Handle internal and clients monthly payroll processing, CPF submission, AIS and IR21 submission and preparation of IR8A form, NSmen make-up claims, Government Paid Leave claim submission, etc.
  • Respond to queries on client's payroll related matters.
  • Process the employee life cycle which includes new staff onboarding, probation, confirmation, promotion/transfer process, exit interview and ensure any letter in regards to the employees are prepared in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update employee information in HRIS (Info-Tech, Talenox).
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in the of recruitment and payroll function.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong verbal & written communication and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Meticulous and good working attitude.
  • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a good knowledge of labour legislation in Singapore.
  • Have regional knowledge of labour laws outside of Singapore is a plus.
  • Mandarin proficiency is is vital to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
