The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient administration of HR processes and a seamless host experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems.
- Prepare correspondence, track office supplies, and manage HR documentation.
- Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and onboarding.
- Respond to employee and management queries on HR policies and programs.
- Support HR Business Partner activities including engagement initiatives, performance management coordination, and HR reporting.
- Assist with payroll administration by verifying attendance, preparing payroll data, and resolving related queries in coordination with Finance.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
