We are seeking a hands-on HRBP to lead talent acquisition and partner closely with business leaders across the APAC region. This role will focus on building effective hiring strategies, strengthening employer branding, and providing HR advisory support to drive business growth in a regional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract suitable talent across APAC markets.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure strong candidate fit.
- Review and improve hiring processes and explore suitable recruitment tools where needed.
- Apply foundational compensation knowledge to support salary proposals and hiring decisions.
Employer Branding
- Strengthen the organisation's employer brand across recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to drive consistent and attractive employee value propositions.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing insights and solutions to support organisational goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify HR priorities and implement initiatives that enhance performance and engagement.
- Support regional HR activities and projects across APAC when required.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and prior exposure to generalist or HRBP responsibilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment strategies, HR practices, and employment regulations.
- Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits; exposure to structured frameworks is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Open to occasional regional travel.
