Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager(AI & Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Singapore

1.Role Purpose

The HRManager will spearhead the end-to-end human capital function, focusing onscaling our technical engineering teams and ensuring rigorous compliance withSGX listing rules and MOM regulations. You will be a key partner to the Boardof Directors, particularly in managing executive remuneration and director's fees.

2. KeyResponsibilities

  • Technical Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized roles, including AI Infrastructure Engineers, Data Centre Facilities Leads, and Network Architects.
  • Utilize specialized tech channels and the Shortage Occupation List (SOL) to secure 5-year Employment Passes for eligible high-tier talent.
  • MOM Compliance & Work Pass Management:
  • Manage all work pass applications (EP, S Pass) under the COMPASS framework, ensuring candidates meet the 2025/2026 salary benchmarks.
  • Monitor company diversity and local PMET ratios to maintain favourable COMPASS scores.
  • Board & SGX Compliance:
  • Director's Fees: Calculate and manage the structure of director's fees, including base retainers, committee chair fees, and attendance fees.
  • Annual Reporting: Support the company secretary in fulfilling SGX disclosure requirements for individual director and CEO remuneration.
  • Ensure all director's fees are tabled for shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in compliance with Section 169 of the Companies Act.
  • Benefits, Welfare & Culture:
  • Design competitive staff benefits specifically for the tech/AI industry (e.g., professional development funds, wellness programs, and hybrid work policies).
  • Oversee payroll operations and ensure statutory contributions (CPF, SDL) are processed accurately.

3. JobRequirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a publicly listed company or a high-growth tech/infrastructure environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Data Centre or AI industry is highly preferred.
  • Regulatory Expertise:
  • Expert knowledge of Employment Act and latest MOM COMPASS rules.
  • Familiarity with the SGX Code of Corporate Governance regarding remuneration transparency.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using MyCareersFuture and the MOM Online portal.
  • Qualifications: Degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field. Professional certification is an advantage.
