We are a growing IT services organization delivering services and solutions across the APAC region. We are looking for a sharp, people-first Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience to join our delivery team.
Your primary focus will be Singapore-based hiring mandates - you will be the go-to person for sourcing, engaging, and placing the right technical talent in one of Asia's most competitive tech markets.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles primarily based in Singapore, with occasional regional support across APAC
- Partner with the Delivery Manager to translate client and project requirements into focused, effective sourcing strategies
- Go beyond the resume - assess team and organizational fit, career motivations, and professional background to identify candidates who are the right fit, not just on paper but in practice
- Proactively source candidates through MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche communities, and direct cold outreach
- Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for recurring technical skill sets relevant to the Singapore market
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore's Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) and MOM fair hiring guidelines across all job postings and hiring activity
- Coordinate with team members across the region to share market intelligence and avoid duplication
- Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and contribute to team SLA reporting and pipeline metrics
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience, ideally within an IT services, staffing agency, or managed services environment
- Strong, demonstrable experience recruiting for Singapore-based technical roles - you understand the local talent market and its nuances
- Familiarity with technical domains: Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP, data and Infrastructure
- Working knowledge of MyCareersFuture - comfortable posting, managing, and sourcing through the platform as per MOM requirements
- Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), and EP/S-Pass advisory basics
- Proven eye for talent - ability to read people, understand career motivations, and assess cultural and team fit beyond a skills checklist
- Comfortable with cold outreach and direct engagement of passive candidates proactive rather than reactive
- Solid command of sourcing tools - LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, job boards
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions under tight timelines without compromising quality
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to regional APAC hiring across India, Malaysia and Philippines
- Experience in contract/contingent staffing workflows
- Prior experience supporting GCC or offshore recruitment models
