Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and driven IT Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end technology hiring activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and candidates to manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment processes while ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities for various technical positions
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, and networking
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support
- Perform reference checks, background verification, and candidate documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Support recruitment administration and reporting activities
- Provide career guidance and recruitment advisory to candidates
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- CEI certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
