Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and sustain manpower across the distribution network
  • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for the field force, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding
  • Build and optimise recruitment pipelines and channels (e.g. referrals, partnerships, targeted outreach)
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to align on manpower planning, hiring targets, and growth priorities
  • Strengthen selection frameworks to ensure quality, fit, and long-term retention
  • Monitor and manage recruitment funnel metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill
  • Identify gaps and implement initiatives to improve hiring productivity and scalability
  • Lead and develop a team to deliver consistent recruitment outcomes at scale
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 10–15 years of experience in agency recruitment, or distribution/field force expansion
  • Proven track record in high-volume hiring or scaling manpower in a sales-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline management
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Commercially driven with strong execution capabilities
  • Experience in a regulated or structured environment is advantageous
