Human Resource Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs full spectrum of HR except payroll
• Reports to Group HR Director
• Drive HRIS project
• Implement HR Policies and Procedures
• Responsible for full recruitment cycle
• Facilitate the performance management process
• Monitor employee relations matters promote effective communications and enhance working relationship
• Monitor and understand employee training needs
• Other HR projects and ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
