We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. You will play a key role in driving people initiatives, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations, and fostering a positive work environment that supports both employee engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and exit.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with labour laws and MOM regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead performance appraisals and support department heads on performance improvements.
- Oversee payroll support, leave, attendance, and HRIS records.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/SP/EP).
- Drive staff engagement, welfare initiatives, and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and support audits while ensuring confidentiality of records.
- Supervise office administration, vendors contracts.
- Facility management covers maintenance, safety, security, cleaning and support services to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of HR & admin experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations.
- Hands-on experience in payroll and work pass matters.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, meticulous, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, IHRP) is an advantage.
