The HR Manager will support the Department Head in overseeing daily HR operations for the Branch, covering Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and other HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an HR business partner, providing advice and support to line managers on recruitment, performance management, benefits, learning & development, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Manage manpower planning, including preparation of annual budget and job matching exercises.
- Oversee medical insurance matters, including annual renewal proposals, reporting, and coordination with external brokers.
- Review and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes.
- Supervise monthly payroll and annual income tax filing through outsourced providers.
- Conduct annual reviews of outsourcing service providers in line with MAS guidelines and Head Office requirements.
- Manage third-party vendors, including evaluation, contract negotiation, renewal, and onboarding of new providers.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Prepare and submit regular headcount and labour market reports to Head Office and regulators.
- Support ad-hoc HR initiatives, projects, and assignments as required by management.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of HR experience within Banking industry
