HR MANAGER - FINTECH

HR MANAGER Fintech, CBD location

Charterhouse Singapore are supporting a home-grown Fintech organization in their search for an HR Manager who has strong HR generalist skills but also has some strong experience in Compensation.

This person will report to the HR Director and support a team of around 50 to review the Long-Term Incentives to ensure that the organization remains competitive and is able to retain top performers.

As well as managing the Compensation piece, they will need to support the HR Director in all HR operations and HR Administration. Payroll is outsourced so will just need to manage payroll administration for external vendor.

Responsibilities

• Manage Long-Term Incentive plans including conducting market research and vendor reviews
• Lead annual performance review and merit increments and bonus salary benchmarking projects.
• Review job levelling and ensure this aligns with the relevant markets.
• Generate effective frameworks for performance management and utilize data and analytics to support the talent review
• Manage onboarding / offboarding and employee lifecycle
• Oversee all HR administration including payroll administration for outsourced vendor.
• Manage work pass applications
• Ad hoc duties as requested by HR Director

Attributes

• Proven experience in Compensation planning, analysis and management
• Competent in HR Generalist responsibilities and happy to rollup sleeves on end-to-end HR duties including HR administration
• Proficient in Excels and Microsoft Office
