Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Recruitment Manager & Administration professional to join our Singapore office. This role combines strategic recruitment responsibilities with office administration, ensuring smooth operations and talent growth across our global business units. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also supporting the financial and administrative processes of our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders globally to understand talent needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial assessments, and supporting the offer and onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, leveraging multiple platforms and networks.
  • Support employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, training coordination, and development initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial and process management of the Singapore office, including expense tracking, vendor payments, and workflow coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and international workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required; knowledge of Korean or Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams and global environments.
