Lead Product Manager - Fintech / Lending (Super App) - relocate to Abu Dhabi

Salary: 40,000 - 48,000 AED (tax-free) p/month + bonus

Lead Product Manager - Consumer Lending / Fintech / SuperApp

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to join a fast-scaling digital platform in Dubai, to take ownership of the lending product suite within their growing fintech vertical.

Our client is an established tech business operating across multiple verticals, including digital payments. With recent growth across their consumer lending product line, they are expanding their product team and hiring a Lead Product Manager to oversee a team of 4 to 5 product managers.

You will be responsible for leading the product strategy and execution of consumer lending services within a super app environment. Reporting into the VP of Lending, this role focuses on the full lifecycle of lending products, from eligibility and risk assessment to product innovation and performance optimisation.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in fintech lending to build at scale. You will work across teams to understand how to enhance and optimise every stage of the loan journey, from application to disbursement, using a wide data set to make better real-time lending decisions.

Discover the requirements:

• Extensive experience in consumer lending product management within a fintech or digital platform (BNPL etc)
• Deep understanding of digital lending journeys, risk scoring, and eligibility criteria
• Experience working with or leading product teams, with strong mentoring or management capability
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development across tech, design and analytics
• Strong knowledge of application journeys and data points that impact decisioning
• Exposure to BNPL, SNPL, or Wage Advance products is beneficial
• Experience working across emerging markets such as SEA or Europe is welcomed
