Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Full HR Operations Support: Handle end-to-end HR processes including recruitment and staffing, onboarding/offboarding procedures, payroll calculation and disbursement, ensuring all practices comply with the Employment Act 1968 and internal company policies.
  2. Compliance & Work Pass Management: Lead the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes (EP/SP) for foreign employees in strict accordance with MOM regulations. Publish job advertisements on MyCareersFuture when required to meet Fair Consideration Framework requirements.
  3. Employee Relations Management: Address day-to-day employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and ensure adherence to Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP) to avoid discriminatory employment risks. Coordinate with TAFEP on relevant compliance audits when necessary.
  4. Compensation, Benefits & Data Management: Maintain accuracy of HRIS records, monitor industry salary benchmarks, support the design of benefits packages in alignment with local statutory requirements, and ensure CPF contributions are compliant and timely.
  5. Project & Organizational Support: Participate in employee training programs, team-building initiatives, and employer branding activities. Assist in updating HR policies in response to changes in local labor regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years of full-spectrum HR experience; hands-on experience in Singapore payroll administration or work pass processing is highly preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws (including Employment of Foreign Manpower Act) and Fair Employment Guidelines.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems, with basic data analysis skills.
  5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication ability; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
