Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing startup in the supply chain sector to appoint a HR Generalist based in Singapore. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the opportunity to take full ownership of the HR function and play a pivotal role in building the people strategy from the ground up.
As the sole HR professional in the organisation, you will work closely with the leadership team to support both operational and corporate teams, helping to shape the company's culture during a critical phase of growth. You will manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding across both frontline and office-based roles. The role will oversee HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
You will also support payroll processing and benefits administration, coordinate performance reviews and training initiatives, and lead HR projects such as HRIS implementation, employee engagement programs, and policy development. As the go-to person for all employee matters, you will play a key role in driving workforce planning and organisational development in partnership with business leaders.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally gained within the supply chain, logistics, or SME/startup environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. You should be comfortable working independently and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with both operational and corporate staff. A solid understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices is essential, along with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
