Recruitment & Onboarding:
. Assist in the full recruitment cycle for professionals in a social service setting including reference check and others
. Prepare and update recruitment materials such as contracts, job descriptions, and job advertisements
. Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes, including corporate T-shirt issuance and entry access setup, etc.
HR Administration:
. Manage and update Infotech, current payroll system
. Handle work permit applications, cancellations, and renewals in compliance with MOM work pass processing, where necessary
. Prepare a variety of correspondences such as LOA, confirmation, promotion, employment verification and salary adjustments, resignation, et
. Maintain both electronic employee personnel files, ensuring compliance with organisation's standard, archive employee records
. Manage employee queries such as on-line performance appraisal, leave management
. Assist in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process.
. Assist in formulating salary, compensation and benefits plan by collecting and preparing data for market analysis and benchmarking, statutory surveys, flex benefits, insurance and benefit claims, etc.
. Exit Interview / Clearance
Employee Relations:
. Support employee relations as liaison for grievances, issuing correspondences such as PIP, offboarding, etc.
. Work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient information such as payroll report, HR dashboard, CPF upbload, etc.
. Work with vendors such as insurance broker, vending machine, cleaning company, etc.
Other Duties:
. Undertake additional adhoc HR-related duties as required (employee communication & engagement activities, etc.
