Role Overview
The HR Executive (Maternity Cover) will support the Human Resources team in ensuring smooth and effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations during the maternity coverage period. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to support recruitment activities, employee administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews and follow up on recruitment requirements.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and issue new joiner announcements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking reports.
HR Operations & Administration
- Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, and exits.
- Draft and issue HR-related letters and documentation.
- Update and maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist with HR reporting, trackers, and administrative documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees general HR enquiries.
- Support HR-led engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in managing basic employee relations matters and escalate when necessary.
HR Compliance & Governance
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Support audit requirements and maintain proper HR documentation.
- Handle all employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience (HR Executive / HR Operations / Recruitment support).
- Good knowledge of basic HR processes and employment practices.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to start by 23 February 2026 (3 months contract)
