Our client is a local SME and has been in operation for over 10 years. Currently they are looking for a HR Executive/Senior to grow their team.
The work location will be at Bugis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR operational matters ranging from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance & talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR policies & compliance.
- Develop, implement and review HR system, policies and procedures.
- Recommend improvements or initiate new HR initiatives projects and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and market practices.
- Serve as the initial point of contact to assist all employees per the company's policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
- Advise employees and department leaders on HR queries, and drive HR communications.
- Handle performance and compensation planning activities, support performance review and salary review exercise, career progression, incentives programs, and employee benefit.
- Plan, execute and manage employee engagement programs, through development of program objectives and metrics, organising and managing logistics, and reporting on results. This includes delivering appropriate internal communications and calendar of activities to increase levels of employee engagement.
- Consult and advise stakeholders and business leaders to address talent related needs in order to create a great place to work
- Any other appropriate duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma holders in Human Resources or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of employees and sta
- Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
