Job Summary

Truwater Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the company's human resource operations. This role supports recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure smooth HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including creating job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding to ensure timely hiring
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR documentation to support compliance and clarity
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HR database to ensure data integrity and accessibility
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, coordinate CPF submissions, and process staff claims to ensure timely and accurate compensation
  • Manage Work Permit and S Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to maintain legal workforce compliance
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration to support workforce management
  • Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes by coordinating schedules and documentation to facilitate employee development
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and internal HR policies to mitigate risks
  • Coordinate staff training and employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Provide general HR and administrative support to management to enhance operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience handling work passes (Work Permit / S Pass) preferred, supporting effective workforce compliance management
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred to support HR knowledge foundation
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferred to ensure familiarity with HR operations and processes
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations preferred to support compliance efforts
  • Familiarity with CPF, IR8A, payroll processes, and HR administration preferred to assist in accurate payroll and statutory submissions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred to facilitate efficient HR administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks preferred to ensure timely completion of HR duties
