Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks including processing staff claims and coordinating purchasing and logistics to support operational efficiency
- Develop, implement, and communicate company rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure consistent compliance and employee understanding
- Lead recruitment activities by conducting new employee orientation, managing onboarding processes, and facilitating employee relations counseling to foster a positive workplace environment
- Address and resolve employee grievances promptly to maintain a constructive and respectful work culture
- Serve as the primary contact for labor legislation matters, ensuring company policies and practices comply with legal requirements
- Design and administer compensation and benefits packages aligned with company strategy and industry standards
- Develop and enforce fair HR policies, ensuring employee compliance and understanding through clear communication
- Implement annual performance review procedures to evaluate and enhance employee performance and development
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign staff to ensure legal employment status
- Oversee the company's Safety and Health system, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and promoting workplace safety
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management or supervisors to support evolving business needs
Requirements :
Familiar with the UBS Inventory system
At least 5 years of experience in the related field
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
Meticulous, Responsible, and Positive Attitude
