We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & HR Executive to support daily administrative and human resource functions across our retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff onboarding and off boarding documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR filing systems
- Monitor attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Liaise with MOM on work pass matters
- Prepare employment-related letters and internal documentation
- Provide administrative support to management and outlets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Admin/HR experience
- Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations is a plus
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Tech savvy
