We are looking for an HR Executive to perform a variety of personnel-related HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Payroll
- Maintain and update HR database and employee records
- Process monthly payroll, overtime payments, and statutory submissions (for staffs, gardeners & workers)
- Prepare weekly manpower updates
- Manage leave, attendance, and medical claims
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
- Handle full recruitment cycle (job posting, interview coordination, offer preparation)
- Prepare employment contracts and related documentation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor probation and confirmation
Foreign Worker & MOM Matters
- Apply, renew, and cancel work permits
- Monitor foreign worker quota and levy matters
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower and relevant government authorities
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations
- Handle annual income tax filing and statutory matters
Worker Management & Welfare
- Handle workers related matters including grievances and disciplinary issues
- Coordinate mandatory training and course applications for workers and gardeners
- Manage workers dormitory arrangements (allocation, documentation, and liaison with dorm operators)
- Oversee company vehicle matters and related documentation
Compliance & Advisory
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and proper documentation
- Advise management on HR-related matters
Others
- Manage general enquiries and calls
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience (preferably in landscape/construction industry)
- Able to work independently
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications such as excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
- Familiar with work pass application processes
- Able to commence work soonest possible
- Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and competencies.
