Develop and deliver people manager strategies that supports Company's strategic aims and objectives.
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff through the organization and ensure staff handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date.
In charge of recruitment, on-boarding, payroll administration, income tax filing, foreign workers matters including work passes, health checks, renewals and security boards.
In charge of HR maintenance include HR database and employees personal records.
In charge of welfare activities including organizing company events
Monitor sickness and absence levels and provide updates to management
In charge of ISO documentations
Job Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in HR and Administration functions
Familiar with Singapore employment laws and practices
Familiar with ISO documentations is an added advantage
Meticulous, highly organized and possess good time management skills
Proficient in data analysis and able to handle confidential information with discretion and inyegrity.
