We are seeking a proactive and analytical HR Executive to join our team, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and HR projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing their own recruitment requisitions, and is passionate about using data and technology to streamline HR processes.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
Talent Acquisition
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Maintain and optimize ATS usage and candidate pipelines.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience).
HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Lead or support HR initiatives focused on process streamlining and, automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement tools and systems that enhance HR operations.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document workflows and contribute to SOP development for recruitment and HR processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in either talent acquisition, HR business partnering, HR generalist, or HR analytics preferred.
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, dashboards, HRIS reports) to drive decisions.
- Experience in project management or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
